There is a non-refundable $50 diagnostic and bench fee due at drop off. This is applied to the overall cost of your repair.
For example, you pay $50 at drop off. When you come to pick up, the total is $115. We will apply the original $50 to this leaving you a remaining balance of $75 due. We accept cash, card, or check with a Photo ID.
Do not leave your cables, chargers, mice or any other accessory with us. We will ask you for it if we need it.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all contact information on Claim Tickets is accurate. Please let us know at stock in if you want anyone besides you to be able to pick up. You MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD to drop off any device.
All special orders require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit before the order will be placed.
Any computers, tablets, media streamers, gaming systems, phones, etc. abandoned over 30 days after completion without prior arrangements will be disposed of at our discretion.
At pick up, you will need to bring the original claim ticket or a photo ID. We will not release any devices to any individual who does not have a claim ticket or a photo ID that matches the name(s) of the pickup person(s).
