Our new server is fully operational, but about 50% of streaming accounts are still affected by a connection glitch. If your account says “expired,” it’s likely one of these locked connections.
We’re working with the data center to finish setup and optimization — estimated later today (not guaranteed). Once complete, service should stabilize for everyone.
Every client will also receive +1 month of free service once everything is back online.
